BY BOOKING WITH BUBBLE+SPARK YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

PREFERRED COMMUNICATIONS

We will do our best to keep an open line of communication and information and ask that you do the same. Email is our favorite way of communicating with you to book in or answer questions about your session. Although we may have initially connected with you on social media, our communication preference is email as we move forward in providing services.

SCHEDULING

To ensure that we are booking committed clients, as serious and committed as we are to their having beautiful portraits created, and to prevent no-shows and late cancellations, we ask every client for payment which secures a date on our calendar. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sessions are non-refundable. Unless otherwise noted, any postponement due to severe weather will be scheduled to occur three days after your session. Please note this in your calendar. We understand that life happens and due to a variety of of reasons from work and social conflicts, to illness, some families can’t make it to their session. We allow clients to transfer sessions to other families. Out of respect for other clients, if you are late to your session, we will assist you in rescheduling to another day as there will not be enough time to complete your session and no refunds are available. There is a $100 reschedule fee. Canceled appointments or no shows will not be refunded.  

ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Bubble+Spark has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the photographers cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending a photo session could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. 

PHOTOGRAPHY TIME / ADDITIONS

Please plan to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your session time dressed appropriately for the season/weather and be dressed and ready for your portrait session. No extensions/redos will be given for no-shows or late arrivals. In the event of a late arrival, we will do everything in our power to fit you in, if time allows.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

While we make the best effort possible, we do not guarantee that specific shots will be taken, nor do we guarantee the exact number of images taken at the session session, or the exact total picture count delivered to the CLIENT. If a family member is not cooperating due to being cranky or uncooperative, no refund or extra time is given. Even if a photograph is taken, there is no guarantee that it will be passed on to the CLIENT as it must meet the quality control guidelines of the studio. In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill or cannot photograph for any reason, Bubble+Spark Photography will make every effort to secure another photographer. If the situation should occur and a replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package. Refunds are not offered due to inclement weather and the shoot will still occur at the discretion of the photographer. Unless otherwise noted, the rain date is three days after the scheduled session date. Bubble+Spark takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the images. However, in the unlikely event that all photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond Bubble+Spark Photography’s control, Bubble+Spark Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session package. Bubble+Spark Photography is not liable if photos of specific moments of people are not passed on to the CLIENT.
